Easy Camping comes with 5 single beds, duvet, pillows, and linen, an altar fire, picnic bench, solar-powered lights, and BBQ cooking utensils. Booking covers accommodation from Wednesday 2nd September 2026 at 14:00 – Monday 7th September 2026 at 11:00 and cannot be split across the weekend.

To qualify for booking, you must have already purchased tickets for Big Fake Fest and provide your booking reference number when booking. Accommodation does not include tickets to Big Fake Fest.

Your booking details

  • Stay dates: Tuesday 3 September 2026 (from 2:00pm) to Monday 7 September 2026 (depart by 11:00am)
  • Price: £810.00
  • Maximum occupancy: Five people

Please note that these dates, price and maximum occupancy are fixed and cannot be amended.

Festival Ticket Verification Requirement

All Easy Camping Pod bookings are conditional upon the lead booker holding a valid Fake Fest event ticket.

To complete your accommodation booking, you must provide at checkout:

  • Your Fake Fest ticket booking reference number; and
  • The name under which the festival tickets were purchased.

Your booking reference will be verified directly with the event organiser.

Important Terms and Conditions

  • All accommodation bookings are subject to successful verification of a valid Fake Fest ticket purchase.
  • If a valid festival ticket cannot be verified, or if the booking reference provided is found to be invalid, incorrect or not associated with a genuine Fake Fest ticket purchase, Walesby Forest reserves the right to cancel the accommodation booking immediately.
  • In the event of cancellation due to an invalid or unverifiable festival ticket, an administration fee of £35.00 will be retained, with the remaining balance refunded to the original payment method.
  • Failure to provide the required festival ticket booking reference may also result in the cancellation of your accommodation booking and the retention of the £35.00 administration fee.
