No. Our activities go ahead in al weather conditions. If we are forced to close activities we wil
contact you to arrange another visit.


I’ve booked activities for two days. I’ve done one day, but I want to cancel the second. Can I
have a refund? 
No. Activity wristbands are non-refundable when purchased in advance. Please speak to a
member of our team if you have any issues relating to partaking in activities.
