I’ve booked activity wristbands, but it’s now raining. Can I get a refund?
No. Our activities go ahead in all weather conditions. If we are forced to close activities we will contact you to arrange another visit.

I’ve booked activities for two days. I’ve done one day, but I want to cancel the second. Can I have a refund? 
No. Activity wristbands are non-refundable when purchased in advance. Please speak to a member of our team if you have any issues relating to taking part in activities.

How many tents can I put on a pitch?
You can fit 4 to 6 standard 3-person dome tents (roughly 2.5 × 2.5m each) in a 10 × 10m area. If you are using larger 4-to-6 person family tents (about 3 × 3m to 4 × 4m), you will only be able to fit 2 to 4 tents.

Can I bring my dogs?
Yes. You can bring a maximum of 2 dogs if you are staying in our lodges and on sites H,K,L and M. You can find our dog policy here.

How accessible are the toilets and showers?
We have a spacious, wheelchair-accessible shower and wheelchair-accessible toilet. Step-free entrance and bathroom access. Wide doorways (over 30 inches/75 cm). Smooth, hard-surfaced pathways (e.g. tarmac), suitable for wheelchairs and mobility aids.
